  4. I agree to the pricing, payment and delivery terms quoted or estimated.
  5. I agree to pay a Deposit specified by the supplier before files are sent to print, with the balance of the final payment being due on delivery of the goods. Deposits vary depending on goods ordered.
  6. I understand that my print job will not commence until such Deposit has been received and Terms and Conditions form is returned to the supplier, signed by me, on behalf of either myself, or the business I represent.
  7. I agree that any mistakes found after printing, due to lack of diligence in proofing on my part, are not the fault of the supplier, and reprinting is purely at my expense, and accept that no refund will be given.
  8. I understand that any artwork supplied by me may have to be modified for print, and a charge may apply for this service.
  9. I understand that during the print process, colours may vary from proof of artwork to final print, due to variations in individual monitor colours and variations in printers, print media and inks/foils used in the print process. This is the nature of printing. I understand that all due care will be taken, but I do not hold the supplier accountable for such outcomes and there will be no reprints at the supplier’s expense.

  12. I understand that in submitting my own artwork, I am fully responsible for the end result of printing. Clients should only submit print-ready artwork with the correct specifications as outlined by the supplier. If you have questions please ask – before files are sent to print. The supplier will print whatever you submit, and we are not responsible for artwork or textual mistakes in submitted files.
  13. When submitting print-ready artwork, I agree to download the correct template from the supplier, and overlay my artwork onto it, and using the guides included with the template, keep all textual content and/or borders inside the innermost area. I understand that necessary modifications made by the supplier to bring submitted artwork to print-ready status may attract a fee.
  14. I understand that the supplier reserves the right to make changes to submitted artwork without my consent to avoid printing problems that the supplier may predict happening. No reprints will be printed at the supplier’s expense if necessary changes have been made.
  15. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that any design that is submitted to the supplier is not in violation of any copyright laws. The supplier assumes that your artwork is legally yours.
  16. I understand that the average turnaround time for printed products is 7-10 working days from when artwork is approved and payment has been received in the supplier’s account. The actual turnaround time is often faster, however due to the range of variables in the process, the supplier cannot promise delivery any faster than the above. While all efforts are made, the supplier will not be held responsible for loss or damages due to printing being delivered after this time.
  17. I understand that from time to time, unforeseen circumstances may arise and cause delays in the delivery of the product and I do not hold the supplier accountable for such delays. The supplier will not be held liable for printed products that are lost, damaged or delayed when delivered by post or courier.
